Swire Properties has revealed ambitious plans for One Island Drive, a spectacular two-tower development on Brickell Key. These towers, poised to redefine the cityscape, are designed by the renowned Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, according to Swire.

The loftier of the two, named The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, will stand majestically over 800 feet tall and house 220 residential units.

The second, a Mandarin Oriental hotel, is set to rise approximately 400 feet, boasting 151 guest rooms, 61 private residences, and 28 hotel residences.

Inside the residences, the aesthetic touch of Parisian designer Tristan Auer will be evident, while the hotel’s interior will reflect the stylistic sensibilities of another Parisian designer, Laura Gonzalez. Thai firm Shma, making its debut in the Miami market, will be responsible for the landscape design.

The launch of sales is scheduled for late 2023, with prices starting from $3.5 million.
